This Sat. will be our Conditioning Class from 11-12pm. Join us for this heart pumpin, bjj enhancing, no ones quitting cardio class! This class is open to all levels your team mates will be there to help motivate you! New Students will be partnered with higher ranking belts.

This Saturday after the Conditioning Class we will have a pot luck BBQ at Lake Mission Viejo. Sign Up Sheet will be in the lobby. This event is open to all our GBMV Students, friends & family also welcome.
Summer Camp
Summer Camp is fast approaching. Prof. Gustavo is counting down the days until we have our Jrs/Teens Summer Sessions.
Classes will be held August 9-12th from 2:00-4:00pm

Good Luck Lucas Rocha
As many of you may have already heard, Instructor Lucas Rocha had to head back home to Recife, Brasil. We are very fortunate to have him as a part of our team. Everyone made him feel welcome and we are all appreciative for time we were able to learn and grow with him. He is a excellent fighter & a great instructor. We will all miss him!
So hurry Back soon…and please tell Prof. Ze Radiola hello from us here at GBMV and let him know what an impact you made on us.
